Overview
Dr. Elam completed their training in Anaesthesia in London, achieving a fellowship in paediatric anaesthesia at Great Ormond Street hospital. In addition to paediatric anaesthesia, their sub-specialist interests include regional anaesthesia and complex airway management.
Having worked in primary care with patients with learning difficulties before their career in medicine, they have experience in engaging and communicating with neurodivergent patients, patients with learning difficulties, and patients with complex mental health issues.
