"جريت أورموند ستريت" ينقذ عيون الطفل هادي عبر تقنية جراحية رائدة
Four Years Later
Four years after being treated for a rare condition called Retinopathy of Prematurity at Great Ormond Street Hospital (GOSH), Hadi is doing very well. In fact, at a recent check-up with Mr Chien Wong, Consultant Ophthalmologist, Hadi's father explained that Hadi is now attending a nursery back in Bahrain, along with other children his age. Mr Chien Wong describes this as an amazing outcome: “This is an outstanding achievement. If you had asked me whether Hadi would be attending a normal nursery when I first met him, I would have said no.”
Moreover, Hadi’s father says that Hadi’s favourite activities include playing at the park and watching cartoons on his iPad, and that he hopes that Hadi will continue to do well in the future.
The family are grateful for GOSH’s support and have recommended the hospital to their friends and family in Bahrain.
