Non-paediatric nurses

You don’t need paediatric experience to work with us; we welcome nurses from all clinical backgrounds, including mental health, learning disability and adult registered nurses! Our friendly and dedicated Practice Development Team will ensure you get the training and support you need.

We recruit mental health, learning disability registered nurses, adult and ex-forces nurses. Our experienced recruitment team are on hand to help you with any questions. Every nurse brings a unique talent and experience that helps our team deliver extraordinary care, and we are excited to work with you!

We hold a course for non-paediatric trained nurses called ‘Principles of Children's Care in the UK for Adult/LD/MH and International Registered Nurses’.

You don't need any specific paediatric experience, just an interest and passion in caring for children. You will enjoy the same career development as all our nurses within GOSH.
